Personal Training Services

Nfinite Strength offers a selection of independent trainers, each with their own unique training style and fitness expertise. Private training sessions vary with each trainer as they will provide you with a fitness assessment before your first session in order to design the appropriate fitness program based on your fitness needs and goals. 

Studio Classes: (All Levels Welcome)

Core and Strength Class: Tuesday 6:15am-7:15am, Thursday 6:15:-7:15am, Sunday 8:30am-9:30am

Alejandro Gomez

Alejandro has great joy in making changes in peoples lives. His extensive expereince with a variety of training modalities including corrective exercise, resistance bands, kettle bells, Olympic lifting and bodybuilding has helped him yield the best results for his clients. He is passionate about providing the best care for his clients and works with people of all ages. He is seen as a trusted and honest coach from his clients.

Holly Martin

Holly specializes in time-efficient circuit training, adjustable to beginners and athletes of all levels and backgrounds. Coming from a diverse background of professional ballet, long distance trail & road running, more than 4 years of experience in CrossFit and large knowledge of the mechanical potential of the human body, she is well equipped to meet any and all clients needs. The speedy, recognizable improvement in her clients' energy levels, self esteem and internal motivation speaks for itself.

Alan Knox

Alan Knox is a champion for every person to experience capability and joy in their body. In working with patients with traumatic brain injuries as a physical therapy aide and training endurance athletes as a strength coach, he has come to appreciate how small steps can lead to dramatic transformations. He brings attunement, focus, and creativity to training sessions, and will be there with you when it is easy and when it seems impossible.

Sydney Newton

Sydney loves being able to help others in their fitness battles. Her passion for health and fitness began with her fight against obesity and diabetes 5 years ago. That passion lead her to the realization that she needed to be there to support and lead others with a kind understanding. With an extensive background in volleyball, running, power lifting, and injury prevention, Sydney enjoys being creative with tailoring her exercise programs based on her clients needs from beginners to all levels of fitness.

Maggie Harding

Maggie training is diverse, fun and functional. She will put together a program that will give you the most benefit, and at the same time make it interesting enough so you'll want to stick with it. She has many years of training in ballet, tap, gymnastics and ice skating. For 5 years, she skated professionally with Ice Follies, Holiday on Ice, and Disney on Ice, performing all over the United States and Canada. Today, she continues to skate. Figure skating is her passion and is a successful national and international competitive figure skater, and a U.S. Figure Skating official judge.

  • Certifications: Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology, Magnum Cum Laude, National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), CPR/AED
